WHAT IS GRAVITY BOOK CASE

Is it common for someone to be restless or bored; and because of that, anxious to make a new piece of furniture? I found myself sitting on a sofa dying to create. I started drawing this wooden crate I picked up on the side of the road months earlier, and loved a shape in which it was able to take on paper. Could it work in reality? Sure... Its always possible to get something done if you have the tools or materials. My goal however, was to take this shape and give it the characteristic of strength, the ability to achieve it prupose with little visible help. To be frank, I wanted to avoid attaching an assortment of legs and supports because, after all, this crate taking this shape seemes like it will fall over at any moment. When I was done with it, it stood like a champion with little visible help. Just a simple and stylish base to display its unique character. The shelves were a last minute idea that I loved and enjoy even more with each new look at their functionality and complementary hand they lend to the overall book case.
