CLASSIC PATIO CHAIR

I am always encouraged when a design just sort of happens to work. Especially when it can be birthed through reclaimed wood, salvaged wood, or simply a restored/re-vamped older design. This chair was actually the first piece I ever made and it fulfilled those amazing possibilities. I used an old pallete that was surprisingly of hard wood. I didnt do much to change the wood's origional shape other than a light sand and some finishing/strengthening oil. I couldn't believe that in less than four hours I had created my first chair.
